My name is Madison Morton, owner of Notorious P.I.G. BBQ. My passion for food began at the age of 14 with my first job at the local speedway. Eager to start my shift every Saturday, I discovered great joy in serving customers in a fast-paced environment. By the age of 18 I was given the opportunity to experience the cooking-side of this operation; from that moment I was hooked! My true love for smoking and barbequeing came later in my 20's, when I was introduced to real southern barbeque. Upon my return from that trip, I purchased a smoker and began my own endeavor into the world of barbeque cuisine. The years have given me time to perfect this craft and after a brief hiatus, I’ve returned to the food scene with some fresh ideas and themes; thus Notorious P.I.G. BBQ was born!
Our food is the freshest, smoked low-n-slow and packed with flavor! We take great pride in our ability to maintain high quality food, serving it to our patrons in under two minutes! Our signature BBQ sauce is made fresh daily, in small batches, with locally distilled bourbon, delivering that extra wow-factor! With our BBQ Bowls we decided to kick things up a notch. Choosing one meat and a side we tackle hunger head on with our sizeable portions leaving our patrons stuffed and satisfed! Our famous Pulled Pork and Pulled Brisket sandwiches are hearty and loaded with meat, topped with our signature Pineapple Coleslaw to give you a sweet and savory delight that will leave your tastebuds craving more!
